1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Keystone service (the "Service"), or by creating a workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Keystone is a multi-tenant governance, risk & compliance platform. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, enable multi-factor authentication when prompted, and are responsible for activity under your account. Self-service signups create a new workspace whose first user is its administrator.

4. Subscriptions & fees

Access to the Service is provided under the subscription tier selected for your workspace. Features, limits, and access may vary by tier. [Insert pricing, billing cycle, taxes, renewal, and refund terms — billing is not yet enabled in-product.]

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to breach the Service; access data of other tenants; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Customer data & ownership

Your organization retains all rights to the content it enters ("Customer Data"). You grant NGT a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

8. Service availability & disclaimer

We strive for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keystone assists with GRC workflows but does not constitute legal, compliance, or audit advice; verify outputs before relying on them. [Insert SLA terms if offered.]

9. Limitation of liability

10. Term & termination

Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. On termination, access ends and Customer Data is handled per the Privacy Policy's retention section.
